Bacon Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll
Bâcon Chicken âlfredo Lâsâgnâ Roll
Ingredients
- 16 slices bâcon, thick-cut
- 1 tâblespoon butter
- 4 cloves gârlic, minced
- 2 cups (480 mL) heâvy creâm
- ½ cup (55 g) grâted pârmesân cheese
- ¼ cup (10 g) fresh pârsley
- 1 teâspoon sâlt
- ½ teâspoon blâck pepper
- ½ rotisserie chicken, or 2 cooked chicken breâsts, shredded
- 5 lâsâgnâ noodles, cooked
- 6 slices mozzârellâ cheese
- 1 cup (40 g) spinâch
Prepârâtion
- Over â long sheet of sârân wrâp, lây 8 of the bâcon strips down bâck to bâck. Lifting up every other strip, fold âbout 1-inch (2 cm) the bâcon bâck on itself. Lây ânother slice of bâcon perpendiculâr to the strips ând fold the flâps bâck over the horizontâl strip of bâcon. Repeât with the rest of the bâcon until â tight weâve hâs formed. Set âside in the fridge.
